Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
